The new TIAA Workplace Retirement Plans page replaced their outdated Retirement Account & Plan Options page, providing a clearer, more intuitive starting point for users exploring employer‑sponsored plans. Partnering with UX, product, and compliance teams, I helped create a streamlined narrative that highlights what users care about most — long‑term financial security, tax advantages, employer contributions, and curated investment options.
A major improvement came from integrating legacy FAQ content into the body copy. By surfacing this information, I helped make the page easier to understand and faster to scan.
The final experience is sharper, more confident, and helps users quickly grasp how their workplace plans function and why it matters.
