For this Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) page, I was asked to merge two separate offerings — an educational RMD guide and an RMD FAQ — into one unified, action‑driven experience. The challenge was to consolidate overlapping content and create a single flow that helped customers understand what RMDs are, why they matter, and what they need to do next.
I worked in lockstep with designers, developers, and traffic managers, iterating quickly to align language with layout, refine visual cues, and ensure the page met accessibility and compliance requirements. The project required tight coordination, fast decision‑making, and a clear sense of how to translate complex retirement rules into a customer‑friendly experience.
The final page distills technical financial information into content that reassures and inspires action — and illustrates my ability to deliver polished work under deadline while collaborating across multiple teams.
