Partnering with UX, product, compliance, and development teams, I consolidated TIAA’s tax experience into a single, intuitive destination. The new Tax Hub replaces 8 separate legacy pages — giving users a central place to find tax assistance. The header reinforces this promise and sets expectations from the moment they arrive.

A major part of the work involved surfacing key concepts from the FAQ content on these pages into the body copy. I also intentionally separated public resources from secure resources to give users clarity about what they can access immediately versus what requires login.
The final experience delivers a streamlined hub that eliminates redundancy and helps users quickly find what they need.
