I was tasked with creating content for two versions of the Retirement Plan Portfolio Manager (RPPM) page — one for plan sponsors who offer retirement plans, and another for the employees who rely on them. The assignment required more than rewriting the same information; it demanded a nuanced understanding of how the same product must speak differently to two distinct audiences with different motivations and responsibilities.

To deliver this, I partnered with two separate stakeholder groups, each with their own priorities and expectations. I collaborated closely with designers and developers across both tracks, aligning on structure and UX patterns while ensuring each page felt strategically differentiated. Managing these parallel workflows — often with competing feedback and tight deadlines — required me to foster relationships and produce clear content under pressure.

The result was two pages with shared goals but distinct voices. Together, they demonstrate my ability to craft content that informs and drives action — whether the audience is a dutiful institution or an individual planning their financial future.
