We have some great news for all the copywriters and marketers who use Authory already (or who always wanted to use Authory but couldn’t yet): You can now import emails as work samples!
The emails will be displayed beautifully in your Authory account, and you can add them to your portfolio or to any number of your collections. Of course, you can also create a direct share link.
Let me guide you through how it works:
1. Click “Add content” in your account, then select “Websites & Emails”, and then “Emails”:
2. Next you’ll need to select the source that you’d like to add the email to (you can also create a new source of course). After selecting a source, you’ll see a secret email address for that specific source:
3. Any email that you'll forward to this secret email address will be screenshotted and added to your Authory account - fully automatically!
Just wait 30 seconds after sending the email, then refresh your Authory account page, and voilà:
So it’s really as simple as that: If you want to add an email to your account as a work sample, forward it to the secret email address.
No need to mess with screenshots, trying to get the font look sharp etc. Authory takes care of all of that for you.
Of course, if you do want to upload the email screenshots yourself instead of Authory taking them for you, you can do that as well. Simply select “upload screenshots” here:
You can even select more than one screenshot when uploading, and they’ll all be added to your account as a single content item. Great if you have an email sequence that you’d like to showcase.
