Option 1: Add Your Resume as a Page

The Pages feature in Authory lets you create standalone sections in your portfolio, ideal for resumes, bios, or case studies.

Steps:

Go to your Portfolio Editor.

Click Create Page:

Create a new Page

Name the page (for example: My Resume).

Add an optional subtitle (like More About Me).

Click Edit to open the text editor.

Paste or type your resume content into the editor.

Use formatting tools (bold, headings, lists) to organize and highlight sections:

Format your resume or CV.

Click Save.

Once saved, your resume page will appear in your portfolio’s top navigation bar.

Option 2: Upload Your Resume as a PDF or Image

If you already have your resume formatted as a file (usually PDF), you can upload it as a content item.

Steps:

In the Portfolio Editor, click Add Work SamplesImport or Upload New Content.

Select PDFs.

Upload your resume file.

Give it a name (like My Resume).

Assign a source (you can create one, e.g. Personal Materials).

Set today’s date or the relevant date.

Authory will generate a preview automatically (or you can upload one):

Edit the resume preview.

Pin Your Resume to the Top

To ensure your resume always stays visible at the top of your portfolio (even as you add new content):

Click on the uploaded resume content item.

Select Pin.

The resume will now remain fixed at the top of your portfolio.

If pinned, your resume will always be at the top.

How It Appears on Your Public Portfolio

If you used the Page option, visitors will see a navigation tab called My Resume.

If you uploaded a PDF, it will show as a featured content item — pinned at the top if you chose to pin it.

Clicking on the item opens the PDF for viewing.

Resume as a Page at the top, or as a content item in the content area.

That’s It!

With these two methods, you can make sure your resume or CV is front and center in your Authory portfolio, giving visitors a complete picture of your professional journey.
