When B2B content isn’t performing, it’s usually a strategy problem upstream of the writing. The content needs constant revision and still doesn’t rank.

The Clear Signal Method is the diagnostic framework I bring to every engagement.

The Clear Signal Method

Every engagement follows the same four-phase process:

  1. Align: We start with a brief that defines your goals, audience, and success criteria before a word is written
  2. Investigate: I research your topic using SEO and AEO tools, then fact-check everything for technical accuracy
  3. Architect: I build the content structure around search intent and AEO requirements before writing starts.
  4. Refine: We iterate until the content is accurate, optimized, and ready to publish.

And AEO is part of the process from the start: structuring content to surface in Google’s AI Overviews, Perplexity, and ChatGPT. Most content teams haven’t made that shift yet.

For clients, that means a clear picture of what to build, what to fix, and what to stop doing.

The method only works because the technical fluency is already there. That’s what makes the four phases fast rather than slow.

Who I work with

I work with content leaders at B2B tech and SaaS companies and in healthcare and health sciences.

I take a limited number of consulting clients at a time.
