Before we write a single word, we align on what your content actually needs to do. This is a focused, one-time session for teams who have a content need but aren’t sure how to prioritize it or who want a second opinion from someone who’s done this at IBM, Amazon, and Atlassian.

Most clients leave the session with a clearer picture of what their current content is costing them, not just what they need to build.

If you move forward with a retainer within 30 days, the session fee is credited toward your first month.

Monthly retainer — starting at $6,000/month

A retainer at this level only makes sense if you have a consistent publishing need.

For teams with a steady content need who want an embedded expert they can rely on. I keep a small client roster so every client gets consistent attention, a consistent voice, and consistent results.

Up to 4 SEO- and AEO-optimized posts per month, or a custom mix of posts, case studies, and copy editing

Not sure if we’re a fit? A trial piece is a single, publish-ready piece with no ongoing commitment. Turnaround is flexible and scoped at the time of booking. Think of it as a first date. There can only be one first date.
