Sergio Galanti advises private collectors on the acquisition, development and rationalisation of luxury watch collections.

His work is independent and collector-led. Advice begins with the objectives, interests and existing collection of the client rather than with available inventory or a commercial mandate from a brand, dealer or auction house.

The advisory activity includes collection strategy, acquisition analysis, sourcing, auction advisory and representation, private sales, and the research and documentation of significant watches and collections.

Particular attention is given to independent and historically significant watchmaking, where questions of provenance, authorship, production, market depth and long-term relevance often require more than a simple comparison of prices.

Galanti does not operate as a traditional dealer and does not maintain inventory. His role is to provide research, context and independent judgement in support of collector decisions.
