I hold a specialization in Creative Critical Practices (Creative Writing) from UC Santa Barbara, where I developed a voice that moves between lyric and critical modes. As Literature Editor and Editor-in-Chief of Catalyst Literary Arts Magazine, I oversaw the full editorial and design lifecycle of three print issues—from acquisition and developmental editing through layout, design, and production. My creative work and design sensibility are inseparable: I think in form as much as content, and I approach every page as both a reading and a visual experience.
