Anna Govert is an editor, writer, and TV obsessive. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2022 with a BA in Television Production, with a minor in Film and TV Studies. While studying to work on television sets in various departments, she discovered her love of analysis and criticism, which led to her pursuit of the Studies minor alongside her first published articles. In 2021, she began writing for the Fansided site Culturess, where she wrote weekly reviews of shows like The Morning Show and The CW's Charmed reboot, while also writing examinations of queer representation and timely TV trends. In 2022, she became the Paste Magazine summer TV intern, working under then-editor Allison Keene, where she continued to hone her writing skills through essays, listicles, and reviews. In 2023, she was promoted to TV Editor, where she shaped Paste's TV coverage, while still continuing to remain passionate about the shows she loves.
