Terry Palmer is a safety and training consultant, writer, and technology innovator with more than 30 years of experience in aviation and complex operational environments. She focuses on how people train, make decisions, and perform in real-world conditions.

She has led large-scale training programs and contributed to industry initiatives that improve safety, human performance, and operational readiness. Her expertise includes simulation, human factors, and mission-based training, with an emphasis on practical, experience-driven solutions.

Earlier in her career, Terry co-founded Digitech Robotics, developing interactive robots for major companies including Disney and Universal Studios—an experience that continues to shape her approach to technology, creativity, and problem-solving.

In addition to her industry work, she is an advocate for STEM education, using storytelling and real-world experience to inspire curiosity, innovation, and the next generation of problem-solvers.
