My background

My journey began with a decade as an IT Director, where I led strategic technology initiatives and gained firsthand experience with the challenges technology leaders face. This hands-on experience informs my writing today, allowing me to create content that truly resonates with business and technical decision-makers alike.

What I do now

For the past ten years, I've focused on creating authoritative B2B tech content that helps technology companies connect with their audiences. I specialize in topics including artificial intelligence, customer experience (CX), IoT, digital transformation, and enterprise communications.

Based in the New York City metropolitan area, I work remotely with clients worldwide. When I'm not writing about technology, I'm often exploring the latest developments in AI and emerging tech or watching Star Trek.
