I was a landscape designer and real estate investor for 25 years. I sold the business in 1993. I then relaxed for 30 days to chill out. However, I had previously taken my real estate license course in 1984 because I was getting bored with my profession and needed a change. in 1993 after passing the NYS exam went into the profession.

After 42+ years in the business, I am still enjoying it. I am also a journalist for the past 9 1/2 years having written approximately 480 columns in 11 publications in print and online. Recently, I have been striving to become an influencer on YouTube.
