Hello, I'm Nicola Whitbread, aka Nicola Navigates, and I'm a semi-feral freelance adventure writer, based in the U.K.
An avid solo long-distance hiker and wild camper, I write a mix of authentic adventure storytelling, guidebook style content and gear reviews; I'm a nerdy ultralight camper with half a toothbrush. I dabble at ultramarathon running, surfing and bouldering, but more in a 'jack of all trades, master of none' manner. There's much to try, and many excellent ways to live.
