My background:

After completing my bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2019, I began a graduate program in Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition and joined a research team. My studies and published research focused on food supplementation, metabolism, and disease prevention.

With the support of my educational background and a strong passion for writing, I started producing content for companies in the nutrition and health industry.
