Hey there! Name’s Melissa. I’m not actually an astronaut.

I’m a writer, and that’s been the case since 2015 when I first started writing about video games in my free time. Writing soon became a large part of my life, and I committed to it two years later when I became a copywriter for WebFX in 2017. I then decided to go solo in 2020 to explore the wild world of freelancing, and I’ve never felt more at home.

Soon after I started freelance writing, B2B SaaS names you may know such as CoSchedule, Databox, and Zapier took me on to write for them. They trusted me to build their relationships with customers through thoughtful content that gets where they’re coming from and solves their problems. And these clients keep coming back for more because I’ve consistently delivered meaningful and actionable content. I can do that for you, too.

One of the reasons I went freelance was to give my personal life the time and care it needs. In that free time, I like to sew, play video games, and cuddle my cats, Zaza and Fifi. I also enjoy the color pink (who would have thought?) and cute things.
