Mason Hickok is a journalist based in San Antonio, Texas, with nearly five years of experience. He previously worked as a digital journalist at KSAT 12 News, covering a variety of beats including public safety, transportation, and state and local politics. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Film Studies. While in college, Mason spent more than two years working at the university's independent student newspaper, The Paisano, ultimately graduating as editor-in-chief.
