Partner, 3MickP (2000 - Present)

. A marketing, copywriting and content service focused on providing digital content to companies ranging from start-up to Fortune 500. Chief roles include AI Consultant (Content), marketer, senior copywriter, senior financial writer and editor. I have authored and collaborated on thousands of articles and content assets since 2000.

· Areas of specialization include marketing consultations, AI plan development and editing, startup consulting, marketing campaigns, and all aspects of digital marketing. Work includes content creation ranging from press releases, case studies, white papers, newsletters, assorted web copy/content, feature articles (magazines and newspapers), marketing collateral, blog postings, video scripts, eBooks, research papers/reports, and more.

Editor in Chief, Wiesner Publishing LLC (2002 - 2007)

· Developed and launched Variable Product Specialist and Boomer Market Advisor magazines. Both publications were monthly financial trade magazines distributed nationwide and targeted at financial planners and registered investment advisors who met AUM minimum requirements. VPS was folded into BMA in 2005. BMA had a nationwide readership of approximately 40,000 direct-request subscribers. BMA attained profitability in mid-2003 and achieved consistent growth in ad revenues and net profits from that point forward.

· Creation and ongoing management of the editorial and graphic art staff for the publications. Supervised day-to-day activities of each publication’s staff (approximately 24 individuals each), budgets, editorial processes and monthly delivery of the publications.

· Additional duties included frequent seminar and trade show presentations and participation, writing monthly feature articles and editorial letters, conducting monthly Q&A interviews with top investment producers nationwide, and the overall editorial oversight and sign-off of each monthly magazine.

Editorial Director, Sunset Investment Group (1998 - 2002)

· Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a network of Web-based financial newsletters. This network included OptionInvestor.com, SplitTrader.com, NetBulls.com, StockBottom.com, IndexSkyBox.com, ArmsInsider.com (Dick Arms, developer of the TRIN/Trading Index), and several other newsletters and services. OptionInvestor and SplitTrader both received prestigious honors for their work, including Forbes "Best of the Web" and Online Investor's "Best Research Site."

· Responsible for assisting and leading in the design, implementation and launch phases of a number of the newsletters and services within the SIG network.

· Responsible for personnel management for an editorial staff consisting of numerous internal and external employees and freelance contractors. This included all aspects of managing, supervising and oversight of the editors, writers and associated support personnel for each newsletter and service.

· Launch and chief editor for SplitTrader. Led the design and launch of the service in October of 1999. SplitTrader attracted a worldwide readership of over 100,000 during that period.

· Part of the SIG Executive Management Team, reporting to the president and vice president directly.

· Talked and presented at various conferences on behalf of SIG. In addition, appeared on numerous radio broadcasts, was interviewed many times by various print publications regarding trading and/or market conditions, and appeared on Bloomberg Television and CNBC as a strategy expert. Also, responsible for creating my own daily commentary and/or various forms of market related content, which in turn were published on a regular basis across the SIG network.

· Responsible for designing, implementing and instructing trading and analysis classes for the editorial staff; focused on enhancing staff knowledge and the quality of content for the various newsletters and services.

Prior to working in marketing and content, I worked for more than a decade in the trading markets as a junior and senior trader for several financial service firms.
