A writer and editor for national newspapers and magazines, I've been interviewing famous faces for two decades, including hundreds of household names. Mariah Carey, Dolly Parton, David Hasselhoff, Ricky Gervais, Harry Styles (and his One Direction bandmates), Nigella Lawson, Jamie Oliver, Ant and Dec, Claudia Winkleman and Davina McCall are to name but a few. Alongside entertainment, I also write travel stories, health and wellness content and have the privilege of telling people's real-life stories, as well as my own personal first-person pieces (from the story of my holiday romance with a Malaysian beach boy that turned into marriage and children, to my family's devastating experiences with dementia).

I live in Brighton with the aforementioned husband, two teenage and not-far-off teenage kids and a very grumpy cat. I love a swim, a boujee sauna and a spot of Pilates, and I'm obsessed with podcasts (and also do the talent booking for a major parenting podcast).
