I’m Jena Petrescue Kroeker (rhymes with Quaker), and I believe that we’re creating works of art anytime we use words.
My love for language began decades ago, when my grandma gave me classic novels and introduced me to the joy of reading. I have a B.A. honours degree in Linguistics and over 20 years of experience as a freelancer, in the past as a closed captionist, writer and editor, and now as a writing coach.
For over 10 years, I worked as a content manager, regularly writing and editing website content, blog posts, email newsletters, and resource guides. I also worked as a writing mentor and Facebook group moderator for four years, helping support an online community of freelancers at Freelance University.
As a writing coach, I've enjoyed working with entrepreneurs and authors, guiding them through the process of publishing their first blog or first book.
Wondering if my coaching sessions are a good fit for you?
Contact me at jena @ artfullinguist. com, and I'll be happy to answer any questions.
