In every healthcare organization I’ve served, I’ve seen how financial health directly affects clinical excellence. When revenue cycles are fragmented or systems don’t communicate, patient care and staff performance both suffer. That insight has guided my approach to financial leadership combining data accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and long term sustainability to build systems that work for people, not against them.

At Practivity, LLC, I led the financial and operational buildout of a multi-specialty healthcare group, overseeing the organization’s entire budget development, forecasting, and P&L management. From the ground up, I designed processes to ensure every dollar was aligned with mission driven growth balancing the need for immediate operational efficiency with future scalability. I also have experience in migrating accounting software systems such as Sage 100 and Quickbooks for optimization usage.

One of my core initiatives involved establishing an integrated revenue cycle management (RCM) system. I worked directly with vendors, billing teams, Chief Medical Officers and IT to streamline data flow between clinical and financial platforms, enhancing interoperability and accuracy. These changes reduced billing discrepancies, improved collection rates, and strengthened the organization’s ability to track performance metrics in real time.

Beyond numbers, I view financial stewardship as a form of organizational care. Whether through financial reporting systems, process audits, or compliance alignment, my goal has always been to transform financial management into a strategic advantage, one that supports both sustainability and service excellence.
