Hunter Boyce is a writer, digital producer and journalist home grown from a Georgia farm. He debuted as a breaking news sports writer after earning bachelor's degrees in both journalism and English from Georgia State University. He dedicated the following years of his career to working as a digital content producer for Cox Media Group, writing stories and crafting breaking news within the multiple-time Edward R. Murrow Award winning 95.5 WSB Radio newsroom. Moving from radio to television, he then became a digital producer at 11Alive (WXIA-TV), one of Atlanta's top television news stations within the nation's top sixth market. Moving from television to print, Hunter's career evolved once again as he became a wellness reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Throughout his career, Hunter has gone on to write sports, entertainment, political, health, wellness, lifestyle and local breaking news for a variety of outlets. A nerd at heart, Hunter usually has a video game controller in his hands when he's not working. When not leveling up in the latest game, he's often searching for new records to listen to or obsessing over Dungeons and Dragons.
