Clayton Gutzmore is a freelance journalist in South Florida. He published and produced stories in several outlets in his career. Gutzmore has bylines in The Miami Times, The Miami Herald, The Atlanta Voice, B.E.T. Newsbreak, and Billboard Magazine. In his collegiate career, Gutzmore has produced an investigative story for WTVJ NBC 6 South Florida and a feature at 91.3 WLRN.

Gutzmore earned a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts in 2016 at Florida International University. In 2012, he attended Broward College and was the Editor-In-Chief of the school newspaper, The Observer. He led the staff to earn two Florida College Press Association awards in 2013. Clayton served as a board member of the South Florida Black Journalists Association. He was one of the main organizers of the chapter's media career fair and the Black Male Media Project.

Gutzmore currently writes for Variety Magazine and Healthplus Magazine. He is a 2021 Dori Maynard Diversity Fellow for The Society of Professional Journalists and a member of the Sigma Alpha chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
