It was incredible to be part of the launch of a new product from the ground up. Launching Feel Good Rewards involved engaging with new business stakeholders, working closely with the UX design team and writing a bunch of deliverables—like this one.

This page is part of the work I developed with the bank's Help & Support team. The objectives were to improve user experience, empower customers to self-serve and reduce calls. More pages under this umbrella to come.

For FYME, I collaborated with a creative team to turn the brand's ambition into a tagline and create copy for a marketing campaign and website.

Uttala Global was a freelance project I loved and am proud of. I developed the tagline, designed the now-defunct website, created the copy, and crafted the visual identity and logo. It was a successful experience that hit the client just right.
