Anne Quito is a journalist, design critic, and lecturer.
Her writing appears in The Atlantic, CNN, Metropolis, Wallpaper, Fast Company, Architectural Digest, Quartz, among other publications. She is the writer of Mag Men: Fifty Years of Making Magazines (Columbia University Press, 2019) and R/GA by Design (Rizzoli, 2026). Anne currently teaches at the School of Visual Arts in New York and at Elisava Barcelona School of Design and Engineering. She is the first recipient of the Steven Heller Prize for Cultural Commentary.
