Subject: Are You Ready for GDIS 2023?

The 21st annual GDIS symposium on Wednesday, May 24 is exactly ONE WEEK away. See below for details to help you prepare and learn about a new EV Ride & Drive experience, featuring vehicles from Tesla.

GDIS 2023 will offer a new EV Ride & Drive experience, featuring 2023 Tesla Models.

This immersive, optional experience is available by appointment-only on a first-come, first-served basis as there will be limited availability.

If you would like to drive or ride along in your choice of vehicle, you must book an appointment and learn more via the link below prior to the symposium on May 24. On-site registration will NOT be available.

The EV Ride & Drive will run between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with appointments occurring in 15-minute time blocks. Each appointment can host three participants: one (1) driver and two (2) participants who have selected to ride along. The passenger seat will be filled by a Tesla co-pilot.

On the day of the symposium, successfully registered participants can make their way to the Tesla tent a few minutes prior to their appointment, located in Suburban Collection Showplace's main parking lot adjacent to the main GDIS entrance doors.
