Project Spotlight: Global Hiring Campaign

Title: Turning a Complex EOR Service Into Scroll-Stopping LinkedIn Copy

ROLE
Senior Copywriter / Content Strategist (via Consulting)

THE CHALLENGE

Rewrite a LinkedIn advertising campaign for an Employer of Record service that helps U.S.-based companies hire employees in India without establishing a local legal entity.

The campaign needed to communicate three core benefits—speed, compliance, and simplicity—while addressing the practical concerns of decision-makers responsible for international hiring. The creative also had extremely tight character limits, with headlines capped at 45 or 70 characters and LinkedIn intro copy limited to 150 recommended characters.

THE STRATEGY

I approached the campaign as a clarity and compression exercise, translating a complex operational service into short, confident copy that could communicate an outcome almost instantly.

• Lead With the Outcome: Shifted messaging away from lengthy explanations of what the service does and toward the result the audience actually wants: hiring in a new market quickly and compliantly.

• Simplify a Complex Offering: Distilled employment contracts, payroll, statutory compliance, tax filings, and entity requirements into clear, audience-friendly language without losing the substance of the service.

• Build Distinct Creative Angles: Developed six different advertising concepts around speed, category leadership, simplicity, urgency, benefits, and dramatic time reduction, giving the campaign multiple ways to engage the same audience.

• Write for the Scroll: Treated every headline and supporting line as a standalone communication moment. The copy needed to be understood in seconds, so I favored short, declarative language and eliminated unnecessary explanation.

• Match Message to Funnel Stage: Adjusted the CTA and level of persuasion according to where each asset sat in the journey, from softer awareness messaging to consideration and decision-stage creative.

• Strengthen Social Proof: Reworked the framing around customer testimonials so the surrounding copy quickly established the problem, outcome, and relevance without competing with the customers' own words.

THE OUTCOME

Delivered a complete set of LinkedIn campaign copy spanning a testimonial carousel and six static ads, with each asset designed to communicate a distinct value proposition while maintaining a consistent campaign voice.

The final messaging turned a technically complex international employment service into a series of simple, outcome-focused ideas that could be understood quickly in a scrolling social environment, while staying within the platform's tight creative constraints.
