THERE IS A SEASON: From the “you’re never too old to realize your dreams” files comes one of the more inspiring recent examples I can recall. His name is Brian Robertson. Five years ago, at the age of 55, Robertson decided to use some increased downtime from his job designing cabinets for the airport industry to try his hand at fine art. Now, Robertson is co-owner of his own gallery, Gallery 02, and is one of the more exciting new artists on the scene. At present, his gallery finds itself in the illustrious company of the studios and restaurants that make up the burgeoning Broadway Arts District. “It’s an exciting time to be involved in art in Fort Wayne,” he said. instagram.com/art_by_brianrobertson and fwgallery02.com
