Construction manager at risk S. M. Wilson & Co., contractor partner Reinhardt Construction and The Architects Alliance are celebrating the completion of the $22.5 million renovation of the JC Academic Center.
This remodel was part of Jefferson City’s larger $85 million “Kids FIRST” bond issue approved by voters in April 2023.
The site was completely renovated; it used to house the Southwest Early Childhood Building.
JC Academic Center stands three stories tall with classrooms, gym, laundry room, weight room and food pantry.
