As Content Manager for the AgeTech Collaborative from AARP, I drive editorial strategy, created and maintain an editorial calendar, interview startup founders and subject matter experts, and compose, edit, and publish a regular cadence of blog posts — more than 200 in 3 years, increasing blog engagement by 175%.

Below are a representative example of blog posts I have produced for the AgeTech Collaborative blog.

I developmental edit and copy edit technical blog posts for four global enterprise tech companies on topics such as cloud computing, networking security, and agentic AI, as well as blogs covering company news, product updates and more. Below is a representative example of blogs I edited as the Content Marketing Manager at Tailscale, a networking security startup.

I developmental edit and copy edit technical case studies on a vast array of topics for four global enterprise tech companies, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and adherence to client-approved outlines and custom style guides.

In addition, as the Content Marketing Manager at Tailscale, a networking security startup, I produced a steady stream of case studies including interviewing stakeholders and composing, editing, and publishing the finished case studies. Below is a representative sample of case studies I produced for Tailscale and Seclore, a data-centric security platform.

To drive customer engagement, elevate the company domain authority and achieve other marketing goals, as Content Marketing Manager at Tailscale I planned, commissioned, edited and published a series of SEO-optimized, 101-type articles on computer networking and security. Topics ranged from broad overviews of general networking principles and best practices, to in-depth tutorials on accomplishing specific tasks. Below are some examples.

As a Senior Synopsis Editor and Writer, and as UK Series Lead, for 16 years I wrote or edited some 35,000 on-product synopses for Netflix to help members decide what to watch next. Each synopsis is carefully crafted to pique member interest by capturing the plot and tone of a title with enaging language, indicating potentially sensitive content, and avoiding spoilers — among other goals — all under under tight length limitations and strict deadlines.

My work has been seen by 260 million people in 190-plus countries. If you watch Netflix, you have read my words.

Below are some of my very favorite synopses that I wrote or edited, along with a variety of alts that appear on certain UIs.

I am a book editor specializing in nonfiction, particularly in the fields of spirituality and history. My responsibilities have encompassed most of the book-publishing journey, including editorial strategy, author acquisition, developmental editing, copy editing and proofreading. Below are some of my favorite books that I edited with SkyLight Paths Publishing, Jewish Lights Publishing and the University Press of New England.

Besides the scores of interviews I have conducted for the AgeTech Collaborative blog, I had the distinct honor of interviewing Nobel Peace Prize winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu for Publishers Weekly.

For several years, I reviewed books on Buddhism and Eastern spirituality for leading trade publication “Publishers Weekly.” Below are some examples of my work.

I am coauthor of “American Pilgrimage: Eleven Sacred Journeys and Destinations,” a nonfiction exploration of destinations in North America for spiritually inclined travelers. Published by Paraclete Press. Below are some sample reviews.
