I believe that human vitality and planetary health are deeply interdependent—when we care for natural ecosystems, we cultivate the conditions for our own physical, mental, and community well-being.

We need and depend on the services nature provides, but nature doesn't need us.

As a conservation biologist, environmental educator, and media producer, my work sits at the intersection of ecological research, impactful storytelling, and community-based education. Whether I translate field science into engaging multimedia narratives, design outdoor educational experiences, or conduct wildlife conservation outreach, my goal is simple: to make nature accessible, meaningful, and transformative for everyday life.

Core Areas of Expertise & Focus:

Ecological Science & Avian Conservation: Applying fieldwork, biodiversity research, and community-centered conservation practices to protect vulnerable species and critical habitats.

Environmental Education & Outreach: Designing experiential outdoor curricula, docent workshops, and public programs that inspire ecological literacy and active stewardship.

Conservation Media & Storytelling: Producing compelling visual and written narratives—from independent newsletters to documentary-style media—that bridge complex environmental science with human health and community resilience.

I am always looking to collaborate with conservation organizations, educators, researchers, and mission-driven creatives who are working to build a healthier, more nature-connected world.
