Including articles, features, talent interviews, and media appearances throughout my 5+ year career as a lifestyle, wellness, and health journalist.

A collection of my most impactful work as a senior writer, including celebrity profiles, investigative trend analyses, and voice-driven cultural commentaries about internet culture, modern dating and friendships, fitness and technology, and more.

Articles I've written and edited for SELF's first-ever advice column, which I pitched, spearheaded, and successfully launched in 2025 to help readers navigate the complexities of their own friendship problems.

I'm a lifestyle journalist with 6 years experience covering relationships, sex, internet culture, mental health, and fitness. Most recently, I was the sole lifestyle writer on staff at SELF Magazine, and before that, a founding reporter on USA TODAY's wellness section, which I helped launch in 2021. I'm fast on the news (fun fact, I started out my career in entertainment breaking news) but happiest when chasing an odd question or trend for a longer form feature.

You'll also find my bylines in The Washington Post, POPSUGAR, Real Simple, and Outside.

I'm a health and wellness journalist with 5+ years of experience at the intersection of pop culture, lifestyle, and digital media. My most recent role was at SELF Magazine (RIP) as their senior lifestyle writer and advice columnist, but I've also held bylines at USA TODAY, Outside Magazine, Glamour, and more. Here, I've included some of my favorite wellness-specific clips, which include service listicles, SEO-optimized explainers,  talent interviews, and features.
