Rare orchids for the strange and unusual

Our goth phase wasn’t actually a phase... Check out our dark, elegant Dracula orchids like the Dracula cyrano and D. raven. Even if you aren’t a child of the night, you won’t be able to resist these striking black flowers.

We also have new Masdevallias in stock. The Masdevallia maculata is a beautiful, spotted jewel with warm colors (think sunset 🌄). The M. rigens also sports some orange and is popular for its rigid (hence the name) yet refined silhouette.

Give in to your inner plant goth! Join us on the dark side! We have the perfect climate here in the Bay Area for these to thrive, so why not give them a try?

Adopt a baby Monstera!

This week, we have fresh cuttings of Monstera sierrana from a large mother plant. Each cutting has an aerial root and growth point, but no established soil roots. Leaves of this plant are smaller than a classic M. deliciosa, but not as small/slender as M. “Burle Marx Flame.” We’re super excited for our aroid lovers to get their paws on these babies!

Order predatory mites for July now

Predatory mites are nature’s pest control pros, taking down gnats, spider mites, and even pollen like it’s NBD. These are teeny-tiny, totally harmless to your plants and pets, and super easy to use. Just hang the little sachet on your plant and let them do their thang! The July batch will arrive July 10-11.
