High-profile Melbourne influencer and fashion entrepreneur Nadia Bartel is selling her home in the Melbourne suburb of Windsor, which she purchased in the aftermath of her split from former AFL star and Geelong Cat Jimmy Bartel.

The Edwardian residence has hit the market with a $3 million - $3.2 million price guide, offering buyers a four-bedroom home on a substantial 613-square-metre block, complete with a fountain and classic architectural details.

Property records show the home was purchased for $3.15 million in October 2020 in Ms Bartel's name, a year after divorce proceedings between the couple began. Prior records on view.com.au show it sold in 2014 for $2,265,000.

At the top end of its guide price, the property would be listed at roughly the same value she paid six years ago, suggesting a potential break-even strategy despite expectations of moderate to cool growth in Melbourne's housing market in 2026.

The asking range also places the property well above the suburb's typical price levels. In Windsor, four-bedroom houses typically have a median value of roughly $1.89 million -$2.65 million, meaning the $3.2 million upper guide of the suburb's prestige end. A factor working in the home's favour is its 613-square-metre block which is significantly larger than is typical for the tightly-held inner-city suburb, where allotments are often considerably smaller.

Agent David Sciola of Jellis Craig said of the property: "A proper family home in one of the world's coolest suburbs. Rarely found, tightly held."

Since the separation, Ms Bartel has established herself as a prominent figure in Melbourne's fashion and lifestyle scene.

She co-founded the clothing label Henne and has built a following as a designer, model and media personality. She also appeared on the 2024 season of Dancing with the Stars and has featured across a range of lifestyle programs and appeared in an episode of the Netflix sport series, Formula 1: Drive to Survive.

The Windsor property retains many of its original character features, including high ceilings, timber floors, ornate fireplaces and leadlight windows.

A light-filled kitchen blends timber accents with subway-tile splashbacks and includes built-in wine racks. The open-plan living and dining area features custom joinery and opens through sliding doors to an outdoor entertaining area.

The home also includes a formal living room, a central family bathroom and a second bathroom that is an ensuite to the main bedroom.

While Ms Bartel flagged plans for a renovation on social media in 2022, there is no indication major works were completed, suggesting the campaign will rely on the home's period charm and unusually large block to attract buyers.

Mature hedges and established gardens provide privacy around a barbecue area, while a carport accessed from a side street is accompanied by additional storage space.

The property is being marketed by David Sciola and Carla Fetter of Jellis Craig, who declined to comment. The home is scheduled to go to auction at 11am on March 21.
