After restrictions were put in place because of coronavirus, partners can once again go along to 12 week scans in Buckinghamshire.
Bucks Healthcare NHS Trust say they are pleased to be able to ease visitor restrictions for women attending 12 week antenatal scan appointments.
From today (24/8), one adult companion will be permitted to accompany those attending their 12 week pregnancy scans.

Heidi Beddall, head of midwifery for the Trust said:
"We recognise the important role partners, family and friends play in supporting our women during their pregnancy and how significant each milestone is for all concerned.
"We are therefore extremely pleased that we have been able to implement robust safety precautions that enable us to support women we care for to bring a companion with them to their 12 week scan."
Strict guidelines are in place to ensure any risk of infection is minimised.
