Now someone has added a toilet behind it.
The installation has had a big reaction over the weekend.
Some called it a 'flash in the pan' incident, whilst others joked it was the start of the flytipping many expect as a result of changes to household waste sites.
Monday lunchtime update: The toilet has now been flushed away.
