“Hi Claire,

I just wanted to pop you this quick note to thank you for all your hard work and efforts in getting the new IG Group brand launched on time. Undoubtedly, the greatest amount of work and responsibility fell on the shoulders of you and your fellow copywriters, yet you ploughed forward without any complaint and delivered some outstanding work. I know it’s not an easy thing to establish and write a new tone consistently across 60+ pages of web copy (and all the other bits of branded material) – but you have done that brilliantly, bringing our exciting and distinctive brand personality to life.

So thank you again for your commitment and contributions. I greatly appreciate it.”

-Gerhard Sagat, former Head of Brand at IG Group
