Aspire Park & Leisure Homes’ latest luxury leisure lodge

Bella Brodie reports

Aspire Park & Leisure Homes have recently unveiled their latest luxury lodge; The Luma. A contemporary, light-filled retreat crafted to elevate modern leisure living, we think it looks like a brilliant choice for buyers looking for a lodge at the luxurious end of the marketplace.

Designed to celebrate brightness, openness and natural flow, The Luma takes its name from the abundance of natural light that pours through its expansive glazing, playing beautifully across its contemporary fixtures and refined finishes.

A LIGHT-FILLED LIVING SPACE WITH NATURAL WARMTH

At the heart of The Luma is its open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a spacious and sociable hub designed for modern holiday living. The beautifully crafted kitchen island anchors the space, offering a stylish focal point for cooking, gathering and entertaining. Natural yet bright earthy tones flow throughout, complemented by textured wall details, contemporary fixtures and a refined, modern finish. The Luma also boasts full front opening bi-fold doors and recessed strip Led lighting to the living area ceiling and exterior front façade, offering a living space that allows the outdoors to blend seamlessly with the inside.

TWO OR THREE BEDROOMS DESIGNED FOR COMFORT AND CONTRAST

The Luma has the option for two or three-bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to balance shared living with a private retreat. The master bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, adding a layer of luxury and convenience for owners and guests. In contrast to the luminous living space, the bedrooms introduce a richer, more intimate palette. A dusky taupe backdrop is paired with deep chocolate accents and stylish modern furniture, creating a warm, cocooning atmosphere ideal for rest and relaxation.

SIZING AND LAYOUTS

The standard Luma lodge comes in 2 and 3 bedroom arrangements at 42’x22’ and 45’x22’ (other arrangements and sizes are available).

EARLY MARKET SUCCESS IN NORTH WALES

The first Luma model was acquired by North Wales Resorts and installed at their Sanctuary resort in North Wales. Demonstrating immediate market appeal, the lodge sold within just one week of arriving on park, a strong early indicator of demand for Aspire’s new 2026 design direction.

OUR VERDICT

Soothing on the eye and demonstrating great use of light and space, the Luma is a gorgeous model which is visually soothing, practical and luxurious. It doesn’t have any ‘marmite’ elements, so we think it will sell well with no tweaks or amendments, as is perfectly pitched for discerning buyers. Aspire has their own look and feel, and the Luma reflects that design style through and through, so much so that it’s obvious that Aspire built it, without needing to be told – it’s beautiful!
