To Do — Ta Da!

Passive — Passion

Independence — Interdependence

Living in tension — Living intention

A few years ago, with economic woes making headlines, I realized the root of "recession" is recess: a time to take a break from worry, fear and stress and allow ourselves the deep rest and rejuvenation we deliciously deserve in these tumultuous times!

For years I've felt held and renewed by this Spirit wisdom from my awakening journey: "You need less than you think / And you have more than you know."

Buy less. Be more.

Allow yourself to paint your aliveness on life's canvas with bold brushstrokes. As you enter new territory, release the need to know what happens next. Faced with the unfamiliar, improvise. This keeps you present, and available to the potent magic of the moment.
