The most common reason why one or more content items that have been imported to your Authory account are not visible on your portfolio is that you haven't added the content items to any of the collections on your Authory portfolio yet.

With Authory, you get a Content Archive where you can find all the content that you've ever imported to Authory. Your Content Archive is private and only accessible by you.
You can decide to some (or even all) of the content items from your content archive to collections on your portfolio or standalone collections.
You can add content to collections either by manually selecting the items, or by using filters and adding many items at once (e.g. all articles from a specific publication).
The first thing to check is whether the filter rules for your portfolio are correct. Go to the respective collection on your portfolio and click the wheel icon next it its name, then select "Rules & Auto-updating":
In the next screen, check the filter settings:
If you expect all articles from a specific publication to appear on your portfolio, is this publication selected in the "Sources" filter? If you expect all content items with a specific keyword to appear in the collection, is the keyword in the "Keywords" input?
And last but not least, is the auto-update toggle enabled for this collection? Only then will new content coming into your account and matching the filter rules, appear in the collection.
