I'm an Experience Enthusiast focused on cultivating self and child enrichment through artistry, adventure and academia! My dream is to make the world a classroom for my son and study digital nomadism from a family perspective as a researcher.

Absolutely Everything. Motivation for the Multi-Passionate

I recently walked across the stage celebrating Columbia University’s Teachers College Commencement 2025, earning a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality, Mind, and Body. And as I clutched my cap and gown, I didn’t just feel the weight of academic achievement—I felt the full power of

So, what will I do with this degree?

Absolutely everything.

Because I'm not following a path—I’m

Inside the beautiful United Palace Theater on May 20, 2025. This was after the first ceremony for the departments of Counseling and Clinical Psychology and Human Development.

Intentional Living Is the Quest

is more than a newsletter title—it’s my blueprint. My quest is to live a life that is intentionally designed around freedom, creativity, and contribution. I desire to build a digital economy rooted in truth and purpose, one that funds travel, nurtures wellness, and honors the season I’m in as a mother, daughter, writer, healer, and civil servant.

I’m not just dreaming about a balanced life—I’m blueprinting it.

Writing As a Spiritual Practice (and Strategy)

Since graduation, I’ve leaned more deeply into writing as both my creative expression and business model. My first major essay just dropped in Business Insider, and it’s personal, raw, and honest.👉🏽 Read it here.

In it, I explore the beautiful chaos of being a sandwich generation single mom, caring for my aging mother while raising my son—and pursuing a graduate degree in a spiritually-integrative clinical psychology program. The very tools I was learning—mindfulness, somatic healing, emotional intelligence—I was living before I finished studying them.

Writing that piece reminded me: I’ve never waited for credentials to make meaning. I’ve always brought my wisdom with me.

Multi-Passion Is My Niche

I used to worry that being multi-passionate would scatter my success. That I needed to "niche down" in order to thrive. But now I know better—multi-passion is my niche.

I’m the woman who loves soulful lecture halls and sings opera while making my son breakfast. I’m someone who’s studied consciousness and also helps de-escalate emotionally disturbed passengers in NYC train stations during overnight shifts. I write children’s mindfulness books and business frameworks for ethical marketing. I move between artistry, academia, and activism with ease.

That’s not confusion. That’s

And this summer, I’m putting that capacity into motion.

What’s Next?

With graduation behind me and my son’s trimester finals soon over, I’m stepping into a season of bold creation:

Launching women’s wellness books and programs centered on fibroid healing and emotional weight release
Building writing-based offers that help multifaceted creatives monetize their expertise
Developing SEL workshops for parents and children, rooted in compassion and cultural intelligence
Creating mindful marketing systems that allow mission-led entrepreneurs to rise without burning out

I’m working on my portfolio across platforms (you’ll see me in Substack, Authory, Medium, and more), and I’m showing up with a renewed sense of wholeness. Because people can’t hire, follow, or learn from what they can’t see.

Visibility is the vessel. My voice is the guide.
